Utica Masjid Waqf Fund (Islamic Endowment) The Muslim community will never develop properly if it continues to exclusively rely on donations. A Waqf is a legal mechanism provided by the Shariah to ensure the continued use of assets toward specific goals that benefit the Muslim community and beyond. In order to grow our services and mission, Utica Masjid is starting a Waqf.
