Waqf Fund - Islamic Endowment
Utica Masjid Waqf Fund (Islamic Endowment)
The Muslim community will never develop properly if it continues to exclusively rely on donations. A Waqf is a legal mechanism provided by the Shariah to ensure the continued use of assets toward specific goals that benefit the Muslim community and beyond.
In order to grow our services and mission, Utica Masjid is starting a Waqf. The money donated to the Waqf will be invested in rental properties and other assets that will then generate a continuous income stream for the masjid, funding its services, programs, and dawah.
That means your donation will result in services not once, but over and over again.
The Prophet said:
“When a person dies, all their deeds end except three: a continuing charity, beneficial knowledge and a child who prays for them.” [Muslim]
Give today and secure your legacy.
