Acknowledgement

I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the "Link to NorthBay" organized by Prince George's Muslim Association (PGMA). I understand that participating in outdoor activities involves inherent risks and hazards, including but not limited to, injury, illness, and property damage, and I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation. In consideration of being permitted to participate in the program, I hereby agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the organizers, their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all claims, suits, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees and costs) arising out of or in any way connected with my participation in the program. This release includes any claims arising from the negligence of the organizers, their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents, except for claims arising from the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the organizers. I understand that this release applies to any and all claims that I may have, whether known or unknown, including but not limited to claims arising from personal injury, illness, or property damage. I understand that this release is binding on me, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns. I have read and understand this liability waiver and fully accept its terms.
