Acknowledgement

Event Setup will be on Saturday, March 30 at 10am (all setup should be completed by 11:45am - NICC is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise or equipment. You are responsible for providing any extension cords, table covers and any other necessary equipment for your table. Only 0 clothing rack and 1 table OR 2 clothing racks and 0 tables are allowed per space. Vendor is responsible for racks. -Any vendor found to have bought more than 2 tables will have their application declined for the next Bazaar Vendors are expected to leave their space clean and tidy before leaving for the evening. Disposing of any trash in appropriate receptacles. Failure to do so may result in you not being able to participate in future events. Trash receptacles will be available for your use. Makoy Center Rules that are to be followed: - Wi-Fi is available for all Vendors free of Charge. - Depending on the agreed set up for the event, vendors are provided a 8ft tables and two chairs, if vendor requests table in the space set up. They are allowed to bring their own but must fit in designated space. - Electricity for vendors is not guaranteed unless agreed upon in the event contract. - No tape is allowed on floors, tables or walls. - No staples, nails or tacks on Makoy Center surfaces and walls. - Pipe and Drape is available to rent or large easels are available for free. - Outside food is prohibited. Vendors selling food must have it packaged to go and not for consumption in the Makoy Center. Must fall in the Cottage Foods - Vendors and event coordinators are responsible for removal of large trash items. A dumpster is available behind the event building. - Bottled water is allowed - Service animals are allowed. No pets. No items maybe hung on the walls Payments made are non refundable
