Acknowledgement

By registering , you acknowledge that you will follow all the instructions provided to you by the NICC for you and other community member's safety. - All booth/spot payments once made are non refundable. - We encourage our young entrepreneurs and students to take part in our Eid Bazaar. We hope this will build confidence in our youth. A separate email will be sent with discounted pricing options. .  NICC is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise or equipment. You are responsible for providing any extension cords, racks and any other necessary equipment for your space. Vendors are expected to leave their space clean and tidy before leaving for the evening. Disposing of any trash in appropriate receptacles. Failure to do so may result in you not being able to participate in future events and no refund on the security deposit.  Wi-Fi is available for all Vendors free of Charge. - Depending on the agreed set up for the event, vendors are provided table(s) and two chairs. They are allowed to bring their own but must fit in designated space. - Electricity for vendors is not guaranteed but we will try our best to accommodate. - No tape is allowed on floors, tables or walls. - No staples, nails or tacks on surfaces and walls. - Outside food is prohibited. Vendors selling food must have it packaged to go.  Vendors are responsible for removal of large trash items. A dumpster is available behind the event building. - Bottled water is allowed. - Service animals allowed. No pets.
