The parent and child registering for the 'MCMC NUR Nights Youth Edition' have read, discussed, and understood the rules below. The parent and child both understand that there are certain dangers, hazards, and risks inherent in the program and the activities to be engaged in during the night including, but not limited to, personal injury, death and property damage. The parent and child both understand that MCMC institution, its officers, its staff members, and its volunteers cannot and does not assume responsibility for any such personal injury, death or property damage. The parent and child both understand that they are participating in the program on a voluntary basis and has not been induced to do so by MCMC institution, its officers, its staff members, its volunteers or any other person. Notwithstanding the dangers, hazards, and risks involved, and in consideration of the parent and child being permitted to participate in the program, the parent and child both agree to assume all the risks surrounding the parent's and child’s participation in the program and in the activities he/she undertakes in connection therewith; and the parent and child both release and forever discharge MCMC institution, its officers, its staff members, and its volunteers from any and all liability for any injury, damage, loss, cost or expense (including, without limitation, reasonable attorney’s fees) of any nature that the parent or child may at any time have or incur, arising out of or in any manner related to any loss, damage, or injury, including but not limited to suffering and death, that may be sustained by the parent or child or by any property belonging to the parent or child. MCMC NUR Nights Youth Edition Rules 1. Must be respectful and courteous to other attendees, volunteers, and masjid staff members/officers 2. Kindness is mandatory. At all times. No bullying, no name calling, no arguing. 3. MUST stay with your group/group leader at all times or be escorted with a MCMC volunteer if need. Kids found wandering the building or leaving the facility will be reported to their parents and sent back to the gym. 4. No rough playing, we're all here to have fun. 5. Must display your wristbands at all times. Kids without wristbands will not be able to participate in the event. Wristbands are given at the time of registration/check-in. Wristbands are required to participate in all activities including group suhoor. 6. Must listen to all volunteers and staff member's instructions to help and clean up.
