Liability Notice: By Entering the mosque/gym, you agree to the risks involved and will not hold MCMC Organization or volunteers and related parties responsible from any exposure or harm that may arise due to your attendance at the mosque. MCMC and An-Noor Academy are not responsible for any injury that occurs during the sports activities or during idle times in facility. All participants are wholly liable for the payment of their own medical care that results from any injury incurred. All participants are encouraged to have medical insurance. MCMC is not liable for your personal belongings. By your presence in this facility, you have indicated that you have accepted the limits of liability. The following guidelines must be adhered to: Do not bring anything into the facility without prior permission. Do not post anything on walls, glasses, doors or anywhere else, and do not use tape, thumbnails etc.. on the walls or windows. All of these things can possibly be done as long as you go through the proper channel to get permission beforehand. Any damage caused by players to the facility or equipment of MCMC will be liable for the damage. Code of Conduct: For the comfort and safety of others, MCMC ask players to be courteous and take common precautions. Conduct which endangers the comfort and safety of others shall be banned temporarily until a resolution is reached. Elderly persons, those suffering from heart disease, high or low blood pressure, or those who using prescription medications should not play without prior medical consultation and permission from their doctor. Regardless we are all playing at your own risk, anyway. NO food or drinks allowed unless you are willing to clean up and take the leftover/waste with you. Finally, everyone should get a fair chance. Let's all be courteous to each other. Schedule: MCMC has the right to cancel or call off any sports activities the same day when it’s scheduled for, unless it’s an announced special event. Also please be advised, this applies to both weekdays and weekends, that MCMC programs/events, paid functions and the Multipurpose Grand Hall rentals will have precedence over the schedule listed and everything.
