Every activity sponsored by the Noor Center is carefully planned and adequately supervised by mature adults. However, even with the best of planning and precaution, unforeseen events can occur. I acknowledge and understand that participation in activities organized by The Noor Center involves certain inherent risks and hazards. I voluntarily accept and assume responsibility for all risks associated with participation in these activities.

I further acknowledge that The Noor Center, its employees, volunteers, organizers, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense to person or property arising from participation in Noor Center activities.
