Acknowledgement

By registering , you acknowledge that you will follow all the instructions provided to you by the Masjid for your and other community member's safety. 1. Child must be between the ages 4 years to 11 years. 2. All children must be potty trained. 3. Must sign in and sign out each child 4. All sign-ups are finals, no refunds, or exchange in dates. Each purchase is a donation to the Dar Al Taqwa, JAK. 5. If child is becoming disruptive and can be a harm for others or him/herself- we have the right to remove your child from childcare and no refund will be given. 6. No food or snacks will be provided, please bring your own drinks or snacks if you like. 7. Must pick up immediately after Taraweeh. 8. Must be present at the masjid while child is in childcare. 9. DAT is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or broken items brought by the child. 10. Please do not bring your child if they are sick, or have a temperature.
