Masjid Ul Haqq has been a cornerstone of the Baltimore community for over 70 years, serving as a spiritual sanctuary, educational hub, and economic driver in the historic Upton neighborhood. From its humble beginnings as Muhammad Temple Number Six to its current status as a designated Baltimore City Historic Landmark, Masjid Ul Haqq has consistently uplifted the community through faith, education, and enterprise.
 

Today, we stand at a pivotal moment in our history. To continue our legacy and expand our impact, we are launching a campaign to raise $300,000 for general operations.

Masjid Ul-Haqq has a long standing history that makes it a pillar in the Islamic community of Baltimore. It has been a mother in nurturing the development of many masjids in and around Baltimore for over 50 years. Now, it helps to foster strong spiritual foundations in individuals with our Islamic education programs targeting children and new shahadas. 

Masjid-Ul-Haqq is more than a place of worship. It is a community that prioritizes relationships that strengthen the brotherhood Islam teaches us to create. Our commitment to the preservation of Islam has allowed us to facilitate Zakat donations to those in need, all five daily prayers, Jummah services, nightly Tarawih prayers during Ramadan, social gatherings, community celebrations and so much more! 

With your support, we can: Expand our educational programs to offer more classes. Enhance our facility to accommodate a growing congregation. Strengthen our community outreach to serve those in need.

Masjid Ul Haqq has always been more than a place of worship. It has been a beacon of empowerment, hosting businesses like Shabazz Restaurant and Bakery, providing education through its school programs, and welcoming influential figures such as Malcolm X and Muhammad Ali. This fundraiser is an opportunity for us to honor this rich legacy while preparing for the future.
