By registering , you acknowledge that you will follow all the instructions provided to you by the Masjid for your and other community member's safety.

Parent Acknowledgements & Agreements

By registering my child(ren) for the Kids Winter Camp at Worcester Islamic Center, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Timely Drop-Off and Pick-Up

  I understand that parents must drop off their child(ren) at 10:00 AM and pick them up promptly at 1:00 PM each day. I acknowledge that WIC is not responsible for supervision outside of program hours.

2. Respect for Masjid Facilities

  I understand that Worcester Islamic Center is a place of worship and community trust. I agree to ensure my child treats the building, furniture, bathrooms, carpets, and all shared spaces with care and respect.

3. Cleanliness and Maintenance

  I acknowledge that maintaining the cleanliness of the masjid is a shared responsibility. I understand that children will be expected to participate in age-appropriate clean-up after activities and meals, and I agree to support these expectations.

4. Food and Eating Areas

  I understand that food will be provided and must be consumed only in designated areas. I agree to help reinforce proper food handling and cleanliness guidelines to help preserve the facility.

5. Bathroom Use

  I acknowledge that children will use masjid bathrooms respectfully and as instructed, and I understand the importance of keeping these spaces clean and orderly.

6. Damage or Misuse

  I acknowledge that parents may be held responsible for any intentional damage to WIC property caused by their child.

7. Health and Safety Compliance

  I agree to inform program staff of any allergies, medical needs, or special considerations that may impact my child’s participation and safety.

8. Use of Non-Playing Zones

I understand that running, ball playing, or any physical play is not permitted in non-playing zones, including entrance areas, musalla areas, bathrooms, cafeteria, social hall and other designated non-activity spaces. I agree to reinforce these expectations with my child to help ensure safety and respect for the masjid.

9. Program Policies

  I acknowledge that Worcester Islamic Center reserves the right to update or enforce building maintenance and facility use policies as needed to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all.
