In this blessed month of Ramadan, our community faces a critical question: How do we protect the hearts and minds of our youngest generation?
The Hedaya Project is our answer. By the will of Allah (SWT), we are transforming 17 acres in Johnson County into a sanctuary — Kansas’ first full-time Islamic elementary school, a masjid for worship, community hub for unity, and gymnasium/shelter to serve families.
Our Progress & The Urgent Need: Total project goal: $15M. Raised to date: $6.5M. Remaining: $7.5M.
Immediate Ramadan target: Raise $1M before Eid. This unlocks essential interior construction — classrooms, prayer halls, community spaces — keeping momentum without delays or rising costs.
Why This Matters Now (Your Ramadan Gift Builds):
Classrooms where children unite in faith, grow in knowledge, and thrive without limits
Masjid space for daily salah, taraweeh, and Jumu’ah for generations
Community hub — programs, youth activities, family services that strengthen iman and bonds
Gym/shelter serving our families and meeting city safety needs
Every dollar is sadaqah jariyah — continuous reward from every prayer offered, ayah recited, child educated within these walls. Give online today. Give at the masjid. Build the legacy
