Assalamu Alaikum;
Alhamdulillah, since Ramadan, the Hedaya construction project has made substantial progress and is steadily taking shape. We have been diligently coordinating with vendors and contractors, ordering materials, and signing construction contracts. With Allah’s grace, we have successfully completed significant tasks, including drilling piers, leveling and filling land, installing underground utilities, and constructing foundations both at ground level and below.
We are excited to share that, Insha’Allah, throughout the month of September, if you drive by, you will see the first section of the building— the School Shelter and Gym— taking shape. If you are unable to visit in person, don’t worry; we will keep you updated on the progress.
A special thanks goes to our project’s general contractor, Olympus Construction (owned and operated by Br. Ahmad Younes), for keeping the construction on track and moving forward.
Starting in October, we will begin the next phase of the project: the Community Center.
With your continued prayers, support, and donations, we are confident that this project will come to fruition. To ensure the construction stays on schedule without any interruptions, the project management team aims to raise $1 million by the end of this year.
