GHOUSIA ISLAMIC CENTER

GIC is an organization of Muslims providing facilities and personnel for regular and special prayers, religious and language education for all age groups, social and religious interaction. Ghousia Islamic Center was established in 2010. The existing Center above is located on the ground level of a two story house in Harvey, IL. The Center is 30 miles away from the City of Chicago and Northwest Indiana. Currently daily prayers, the madrasa for young children, and other religious activities and gatherings are being held at the Center. We are running out of space to meet the needs of our growing Islamic community and hence a new location was being sought.
