All donations to Momin Community Center are gifts made voluntarily with no conditions. Donors receive a tax receipt at the time of donation. Donors who request refunds may not be eligible for tax deductions on their refunded donations.

Refunds may only be granted in exceptional circumstances at the organization's discretion. Some of these circumstances are as follows:

• The donation was made in error or had an incorrect amount
• The donation was not authorized by the donor
• The original transaction was for a sale or service that was later canceled or returned by the organization
