🌟 DIS is a community built on learning and service

Denver Islamic Society (DIS) has always believed that faith is lived through action. With your support, we’ve built programs that uplift hearts, feed and strengthen families, and empower individuals at every stage of life. But the need continues to grow, and so must our capacity to serve. This Ramadan, we are launching a community-wide campaign to sustain and expand the programs that touch thousands of lives each year.

📚 Here's where your contributions make a difference!

• New Projects:
  • Remodeling the Annex Building to expand educational and community programs
  • Paving the front parking lot to improve safety and accessibility
  • Installing an additional exit door accessible to all community members, including individuals with disabilities
• Financial program: We support Muslim individuals, families, refugees, disabled people, new Muslims/reverts and whoever needs some financial assistance.
• Youth Program: Our youth are searching for identity, purpose, and connection. Through mentorship circles, leadership training, sports programs, and Islamic education, we give them a safe space to grow into confident, grounded young adults.
• Women's Activities: From the girls and women's Qur'an and educational workshops to support groups and community-building events, we create spaces where women can learn, lead, and thrive.
• New Muslim and Revert Program: Whether someone is rediscovering their faith or learning it for the first time, our classes in Qur’an, Arabic, and Islamic studies open doors to lifelong learning.
• Outreach and Education: We bring hope and spiritual guidance to incarcerated individuals who are eager to reconnect with their faith and rebuild their lives with dignity.
• Community Outreach: Our outreach efforts help build bridges with neighbors, foster understanding, and share the beauty of Islam with compassion and clarity.
• Legal Assistance and Social Support: From immigration challenges to family hardships, we connect community members with trusted legal resources and social services when they need them most.
